Yes — a valid driver's licence (Rwandan or international) is required for all self-drive rentals. If you don't have one, we can provide an experienced local driver for an additional fee.
All rentals include comprehensive insurance, 24/7 roadside assistance, and standard maintenance. Fuel is the renter's responsibility unless you select an all-inclusive package.
Cross-border travel is possible with prior arrangement. Additional documentation and a cross-border fee apply. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer (RWF and USD), and cash. Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoice-based billing.
Call our 24/7 support line immediately. We'll dispatch roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible — at no extra cost to you.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental start time. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Yes — experienced, professional drivers are available for daily, weekly or monthly engagements. Drivers know Rwanda's roads intimately and can assist with route planning.
Yes, we offer vehicle delivery and collection across Kigali. Airport delivery to KGL is available at any hour. For upcountry locations, delivery fees apply.
